Ixonia – March 2024: In recognition of outstanding performance, increased responsibilities, and significant contributions to the success of the company, Ixonia Bank is pleased to announce the following employees’ recent promotions.

Hannah Dathan – to Commercial Banking Representative
Hannah joined Ixonia Bank in August 2017 as a Customer Service Representative. She recently graduated from the University of Wisconsin Whitewater with a Bachelors degree in Business Administration, which included a professional sales certificate. Hannah has been a huge asset to the Bank in a customer service role over the last five years and looks forward to the opportunity to build relationships with small to medium-sized businesses in the Watertown area and surrounding locations.

Allison Christenson – to Assistant Vice President – Human Resources
Now promoted to Assistant Vice President, Allison first started with the Bank in a customer service role in September 2013. In January 2014, she transitioned into the Bank’s Human Resources department, and her responsibilities continued to grow. Always striving to help employees with any questions related to payroll and benefits offered by the Bank, Allison further grew in her knowledge of human resources by completing the SHRM-CP exam in early 2020 and was promoted to Officer in 2021.

Mike Kaesermann – to Assistant Vice President – IT Manager
Mike joined Ixonia Bank in May 2019 as an IT Specialist with several years of technology experience. Immediately, he served as a valuable resource for employees with the growing technology needs within the Bank. Mike has been instrumental in the recent technology upgrade that the Bank launched in 2023, and continues to be a resource to help keep the Bank secure with proper Cyber Security measures.

Karla Lauersdorf – to First Vice President – Retail Banking
Karla has nearly 30 years of experience in the banking industry and joined Ixonia Bank as a Branch Manager in 2008 and was promoted to Vice President in 2020. In addition to being Branch Manager, her civic involvement and leadership have been recognized by the Hartland Chamber of Commerce with “Ambassador of the Year” and “Rising Star” awards. Karla demonstrates valuable leadership and continues to be a key contributor on the overall success of the Bank.

Janet Willis – to Treasury Management Specialist
Janet began at Ixonia Bank in September 2022 as a Customer Solutions Specialist with several years of previous banking experience in a customer service role. Janet hit the ground running and has been a huge asset serving our customers over the last two years. She recently completed our Business Certificate Program to elevate her knowledge of our business products and services. We have no doubt Janet will continue to make a positive impact and serve the needs of our business customers.

Jessica Zieher – to Senior Deposit Operations Specialist
Jessica joined Ixonia Bank in May of 2023 as a Deposit Operations Specialist and immediately made a huge impact in her role. She has over 10 years of banking experience and recently completed the Effective Communications and Human Relations class as part of the Dale Carnegie Training Program. Jessica has proved herself to be very driven and someone who cares deeply about her work and her contributions to the Bank.

Sarah Brunk – to Senior Customers Solutions Specialist
Sarah began at Ixonia Bank in January 2018 as a Customer Service Representative. She spent four years gaining retail experience working at our Oconomowoc branches and has become a go-to person for customers, as well as, her co-workers. Sarah has been a strong member of the Customer Solutions team for the past two years and will be taking on additional responsibilities.
