Erika Nowak joined Ixonia Bank in February 2023 as its Chief Financial Officer. Erika started her career in banking as a teller at age 17 and has over 25 years of accounting experience in the banking industry. With the Bank’s continuous growth, she will maintain financial integrity and strength while helping execute our long-term strategy as we bring innovative services to market and pursue new opportunities.

Erika received her Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from UW Milwaukee and her Master’s Degree in Business Administration from UW Whitewater.

Erika, her husband Chris, and her two sons reside in Pewaukee. Erika enjoys reading and traveling, but most of her spare time is spent driving her boys to where ever they need to be.
