Chris Schaefer joined Ixonia Bank in March 2024 as Business Development Officer. Chris brings over 20 years of sales and leadership experience, mostly focused in the automotive industry. His previous experience also includes six years in retail banking. Chris is a United States Army veteran and is currently attending the University of Wisconsin, Milwaukee pursuing a Bachelors degree in Communications.

Chris was born and raised in Milwaukee and is currently engaged. In his spare time, Chris enjoys cheering on all the Wisconsin sports teams, going to see live music, spending time with his four dogs, and traveling.
