Welcome to Ixonia Bank’s Social Media community. Please remember that this is a moderated community and all content may be reviewed by us. We encourage your participation, but also want to help keep you safe and keep our conversation on track.  Ixonia Bank’s Social Media pages are intended for customers and fans to discuss Ixonia Bank’s products, promotions, and community events.

Please keep the following in mind:

NEVER share personal or account information online. Ixonia Bank will never contact you on any social outlet to request this information.  We will remove all comments that include personal or account information.

Content posted for the purpose of driving traffic to a website for personal or monetary gain is not appropriate and will be deleted.

Communication:

We welcome constructive feedback on how we can better serve our customers. While we encourage open conversation, we reserve the right to delete wall posts and comments at our discretion. Obscene, offensive, profane, harassing, or defamatory content will be removed. We reserve the right to correct false or misleading information.

Children:

Due to federal law, we cannot accept comments or other information from or about individuals under the age of 13.

Endorsements:

Ixonia Bank does not endorse any comments made by its employees, unless they are authorized representatives of the Bank. All unofficial statements and viewpoints are strictly those of the commenter alone.
