Patrick Lubar was promoted to Assistant Vice President and Commercial Lender. Patrick started his career with Ixonia Bank in June 2017 as a Credit Analyst. With his underwriting experience, Patrick has made a vital contribution to the lending success of Ixonia Bank. With the need to grow our relationships and business in the Milwaukee area, we feel he has the ability and skills to transition into a lending role.

 Zach Maas was promoted to an Officer of the Bank, now serving as an Assistant Vice President and Quality Control & Compliance Manager. Zach began his career at Ixonia Bank in August 2013. Since that time, he has held a variety of roles including Junior Credit Analyst and Loan Support Specialist. He transitioned into his current role to help ensure a strong loan compliance system. It is because of his diligent work that has contributed to dramatic and rapid improvement in that area.
