Ixonia Bank Announces Key Employee Promotions
In recognition of outstanding performance, increased responsibilities and significant contributions to the success of the company, Ixonia Bank is pleased to announce the following end-of-the-year employees’ promotions.
Corina Kasten has been promoted to Vice President – Customer Solutions/Information Technology. In her combined role, Corina continues to be instrumental in very important areas of operations. Corina provides outstanding consumer and business support with a strong focus on electronic banking options and card products. She also delivers optimal internal support to our employees, and offers IT audit support and administration. Corina joined Ixonia Bank in 2005 where she first worked as a teller in our Dousman Office.
Mary Kay Pupak has been promoted to Vice President – Loan Operations. Mary has become a strong pillar of the loan operations area overseeing loan servicing and loan processing, and has helped improve the customer experience in the loan process. Additionally, she has played a large role in revamping and streamlining mortgage procedures. Mary Kay joined Ixonia Bank in 1998 and has been serving in consumer loan operations in several different capacities ever since.
Nancy Christian has been promoted to Assistant Vice President – Commercial Loan Specialist. She has been at Ixonia Bank for 36 years in many different capacities and departments, but primarily has assisted in the loan department for many of those years. Continually dedicated to the Bank’s overall success, Nancy will remain responsible for the preparation and accurate completion of commercial loan documents prior to loan closing.
Amy Langholff has been promoted to Data Analytics & Special Projects Officer. Amy is the Bank’s leader in data analytics. Her unique experience and skills help Ixonia Bank manage and interpret data to measure profitability and efficiencies throughout the Bank. Amy joined the Bank in 2014 as a Marketing Associate, and was Operations Specialist prior to her promotion.
Patrick Lubar has been promoted to an Officer of Ixonia Bank as one of its Credit Analysts. While only with the Bank since June 2017, Patrick has worked diligently in a dynamic environment within the Commercial Loans Department in evaluating, underwriting, monitoring and maintaining the overall credit quality of new and existing loan facilities. Ixonia Bank plans for Patrick to play a strong role as we expand into the Milwaukee market in 2019.
Allison Christenson has been promoted to Ixonia Bank’s Payroll & Benefits Specialist. A dedicated employee with a high attention to detail and confidentiality; Allison’s technical skills within the Bank’s payroll system and within its benefit sites haven proven indispensable. Additionally, her ability to communicate effectively with others and provide exemplary customer service to employees regarding general human resources inquiries make her a valuable part of the team. Allison joined the Bank in 2012 as a teller in our Oconomowoc Summit Avenue office.
