Ixonia Bank Announces Recent Employee Promotions
August 2025: In recognition of outstanding performance, increased responsibilities, and significant contributions to the success of the company, Ixonia Bank is pleased to announce the following employees’ recent promotions.
Patrick Lubar – to First Vice President – Regional Commercial Banking Manager
Patrick began at Ixonia Bank as a Credit Analyst in 2017. As an integral part of the Bank’s Commercial Lending team, Patrick’s commitment to building lasting and trusting relationships with his clients has contributed greatly to our continued growth and success. Throughout his time at Ixonia Bank, Patrick has also been instrumental in expanding and sustaining our client portfolio in the Milwaukee area. He demonstrates strong leadership and continues to provide great value to Ixonia Bank.
Josh Effinger – to Assistant Vice President – Marketing
Now promoted to Assistant Vice President, Josh joined the Bank in June of 2019. Since his arrival, Josh has been a driving force in strengthening Ixonia Bank’s brand visibility and community engagement. His well-rounded marketing experience and creative approach have elevated the Bank’s marketing initiatives across areas including event planning, public relations, social media, and strategic planning. Josh is also a member of the Wisconsin Bankers Association’s marketing committee, strengthening his comprehensive marketing skills.
Dawn Gustafson – to Assistant Vice President – Market Manager
Dawn began at Ixonia Bank in March of 2015 as a Customer Service Representative before transitioning to Universal Banker in 2021. Most recently, she was promoted to Assistant Branch Manager at our Oconomowoc Lakes Plaza Branch in 2022. As a supportive leader for her team devoted to providing strong customer service, Dawn is a dedicated and invaluable asset to Ixonia Bank. She has recently joined the Okauchee Area Business Association, showcasing her commitment to her local community and professional development.
