Erin LaCombe – to Assistant Vice President, Customer Solutions Manager

After many years of successfully managing our branches in Watertown, Erin has stepped into an integral leadership position as the Bank’s new Customer Solutions Manager. Erin’s management skills are vitally important as we continue to embrace enhanced digital processes and solutions. Erin also serves as part of Leadership Watertown with the Watertown Chamber of Commerce.

Sharon Heinzelman – to Assistant Vice President, Watertown Area Manager

Sharon, previously the Branch Manager at our Main Office in Ixonia, has earned the expanded leadership opportunity to lead our two Watertown offices. With her exemplary management of the Main Office, and with 15 years of experience in banking, we know Sharon will expertly utilize her skills in branch operations and customer service to help her customers and team succeed.

Shelley Tetzlaff – to Ixonia Branch Manager

Shelley has been with the Bank since 2008, and was most recently the Assistant Branch Manager at our Watertown-Oakridge Court location. In that role, she demonstrated her strengths in professional customer service and helping lead a high-performing team.  We know she will bring those skills to help the Ixonia team grow, as well as develop meaningful connections with her customers.
