Ixonia Bank Adds Jennifer Johnson as SVP Director of Compliance
Ixonia – January 2025: Ixonia Bank is pleased to announce Jennifer Johnson has joined the bank as Senior Vice President and Director of Compliance. Jennifer also serves on the Key Leadership Team and is active on the Strategic Planning Committee.
Jennifer brings almost 20 years of banking experience, mainly focused in compliance and risk management. Most recently, she held the position of Vice President & Chief Risk and Operations Officer for a Wisconsin community bank.

Jennifer obtained her Bachelor of Science in education from Martin Luther College in New Ulm, MN and has a Bank Operations Diploma from the American Institute of Banking. She has a Certified Regulatory Compliance Manager (CRCM) designation from the American Bankers Association, a Certified Community Bank Internal Auditor designation from the Independent Community Bankers of America, a Certificate of Executive Leadership from the Wisconsin School of Business and an Honors Diploma from the Graduate School of Banking in Madison, WI.
Jennifer is active in the community and currently serves as a member of the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau (CFPB) Community Bank Advisory Council. She also serves as an organist/pianist/accompanist for Crown of Life Lutheran Church in Hubertus, WI, and is also heavily involved with the Washington County Youth Hockey Association. In her leisure time, Jennifer and her husband love spoiling their nieces and nephews and hanging with her dogs. She also enjoys camping, hiking, concerts and watching youth and professional hockey.
Jennifer is based out of the Bank’s Main Office in Ixonia, located at W1046 Marietta Avenue.
