Ixonia – February 2024: The Board of Directors for Ixonia Bank are proud to announce the promotion of Erika Nowak to Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer.

Erika joined Ixonia Bank in February 2023 as Senior Vice President & Chief Financial Officer. As Executive Vice President/CFO, she will continue to lead the overall financial operations of the bank in addition to driving the bank’s financial performance and strategic initiatives.

Gregory Larson, Chief Executive Officer of Ixonia Bank states “In her short time at Ixonia Bank, Erika has demonstrated exceptional leadership and made immeasurable contributions to improving income, eliminating expenses, bringing efficiency to procedures, enhancing our ability to analyze the financial performance, and overall expanded the role of Chief Financial Officer.”

Erika, a certified public accountant, possesses over 25 years of progressively challenging accounting experience with local financial institutions. She earned her bachelor’s degree in accounting from University of Wisconsin – Milwaukee, and her Master of Business Administration from University of Wisconsin – Whitewater. She has also completed the Graduate School of Banking at University of Wisconsin – Madison.  Erika is a current member of The Wisconsin Institute of CPAS (WICPA), and has previously served as Treasurer of Sunbeam Kids and Safe Babies, Healthy Families (now merged into Easter Seals).

She and her family make their home in Delafield, Wisconsin.
