A crisis situation can include a domestic incident spilling over into the workplace, a natural disaster, or a data breach among many others. There are different categories of crisis to consider, and part of developing a plan is to identify your company’s vulnerabilities. It’s also important to create a “go to” team to manage the situation.

As a university instructor since 2005, he’s also invested in developing the next generation of communications professionals.
