Steve McGuire

Steve McGuire joined Ixonia Bank in October 2022 as Senior Vice President of Commercial Banking Officer. Steve brings over 40 years of commercial banking experience and leads the Bank’s Commercial Real Estate growth and the Bank’s continuing focus on providing a high level of service and responsiveness. Prior to joining Ixonia Bank, Steve he held the position of Wisconsin Commercial Real Estate (CRE) Market Manager for a national bank. Prior to that he was Executive Vice President at a prominent regional bank, managing all aspects of CRE lending in the state of Wisconsin. Steve is a graduate of North Park College where he obtained a Bachelors degree in Accounting and DePaul University where he obtained a Masters degree of Business Administration.

Steve is active in the community and currently serves as a board member of the Milwaukee Development Corporation and a member of the Programs Planning Committee of the Commercial Association of Realtors – Wisconsin. He is also serving on the boards of Women’s Care Center of Milwaukee and Milwaukee Development Corporation. Steve is also serving on the finance committee of Society of St Vincent DePaul in Milwaukee.

Steve and his wife, Ruth, reside in Mequon. In his leisure time, he enjoys playing golf and spending time with his five grown children and their families.
