Ryan joined Ixonia Bank as Associate Counsel in 2013, and was promoted to Vice President and General Counsel in 2015. Since joining us, Ryan completed the Graduate School of Banking Program at University of Wisconsin-Madison in 2018 and now oversees the Compliance area of the Bank.
