Patrick Lubar joined Ixonia Bank in 2017 and spent two years underwriting business customers as a Credit Analyst prior to joining the lending team as a Commercial Banking Officer. Now as an Vice President & Commercial Lender, his focus is on developing meaningful and trusting relationships with clients while offering insights and support to help plan, implement, and achieve goals. Working with customers primarily in the Milwaukee market, Patrick has experience in commercial and industrial lending, as well as commercial real estate. He graduated from the UW-Madison Grainger School of Business. Previous experience includes roles at a large national bank and Harley-Davidson.

Patrick lives in Downtown Milwaukee where he’s an active member of the community, serving on the Finance Committee of Radio Milwaukee, as well as the Menominee Valley Advisory Committee for the Urban Ecology Center. He enjoys camping, skiing, and supporting Wisconsin sports.
