Carrie joined Ixonia Bank in 2005, and in her 14-year career with Ixonia Bank she has served as a Customer Service Representative, a Relationship Banker, an Ixonia Wealth Management Assistant, a Branch Manager, and a Regional Manager before starting her role as Vice President of Human Resources in early 2017. She was promoted to Chief Operations Officer in mid-2019. Carrie is currently a member of the Society of Human Resource Management (SHRM), and has obtained her HR Certification as a Society of Human Resource Management – Certified Professional (SHRM-CP). She serves as Treasurer the Board for Jefferson County Human Resource Management Association, as well as Co-Chair of Ixonia Bank’s Women in Business Initiative Team which is focused on supporting women business owners and leaders in professional and personal growth. She received her Bachelors Degree in the Science of Education from Martin Luther College-New Ulm, Minnesota.
Carrie and her husband Andy live in Ixonia with their two children. They are members of St. Matthew’s Church and School in Oconomowoc, and enjoy outdoor activities and family trips up north during the summer.
