Celebrating 30 years with Ixonia Bank in 2024, Becky started as a Teller, before quickly moving into the Accounting Department where she remained for 17 years before joining the Finance Department in 2013. In late 2015, Becky was promoted to Vice President and Chief Accounting Officer.  In December 2019, she became Senior Vice President and Director of Human Resources. In June 2021, she added oversight of the Bank’s Operations in addition to Human Resources. In late 2025, Becky moved back to the finance side of the Bank and is now Controller.
